Where do you pick up?
Fresh Fits serves Las Vegas. Send your pickup address and we’ll confirm whether it falls within the current service area before accepting the booking.
Is delivery included?
The proposed packages include one pickup and one return within the confirmed service area. Extra trips or special access requirements are quoted separately.
How long will my order take?
Pickup and return timing are confirmed for your specific order. Garment type, load size and availability can affect turnaround; no same-day promise is implied.
What if I have more than the package includes?
We’ll explain any additional cost and request your approval. Your saved card, if you choose to save one, is not permission for unapproved extra charges.
Are these subscriptions?
No. Each listed package is a one-time service. Any future visits or scheduled payments require a separate agreement.
Can I share fabric or detergent preferences?
Yes. Include care labels, sensitivities and detergent preferences in your pickup request. We confirm what can be accommodated before collection.
