Service scope and scheduling

Each package applies only to the stated garment types and quantity limits. Pickup coverage, availability and return timing are confirmed separately. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Payment and changes

Checkout collects the displayed total for the selected one-time services. No automatic subscription is created. Extra weight, specialty treatment or additional trips require an approved quote before an additional charge.

Garment information

Please disclose care labels, damage, stains and special requirements. Acceptance of specialty items depends on review. Contact us promptly about any service concern.
